The nature of conducting business has changed due to the Coronavirus. At this time, we are still requiring everyone to wear masks inside the store. We also have regularly-sanitized fit stations and offer curbside pickup.
Xtra Mile Running’s policy is to allow customers to exchange merchandise or receive a refund up to 14 days from purchase date. From 15-30 days, we offer store credit. All sales are final after 30 days. The returned merchandise must be in the same condition it was when it left the store. Should you receive a product and deem it defective, contact us with your receipt within 30 days of purchase. If the defect is clear and obvious, we will replace the product for you at no charge.
Personally, we love to run in all kinds of weather! However, your safety is very important to us. As such, certain weather conditions will justify the cancellation of group runs:
