Especially in fall & winter when it gets dark out earlier in the day, equip yourself with reflective gear from Xtra Mile Running. Make sure those on the roads can SEE you! 

Customers may wear a mask if they wish. If you wear a mask, we will too! We also have regularly-sanitized fit stations and offer curbside pickup.

Xtra Mile Running’s policy is to allow customers to exchange merchandise or receive a refund up to 14 days from purchase date. From 15-30 days, we offer store credit. All sales are final after 30 days. The returned merchandise must be in the same condition it was when it left the store. Should you receive a product and deem it defective, contact us with your receipt within 30 days of purchase. If the defect is clear and obvious, we will replace the product for you at no charge.

Personally, we love to run in all kinds of weather! However, your safety is very important to us. As such, certain weather conditions will justify the cancellation of group runs: 

 WINTER CANCELLATIONS

• Dangerous weather conditions such as blizzards, black ice, ice storms, hail and/or extremely poor visibility
• Extreme cold conditions - actual air temperature drops below 0 degrees and/or the wind-chill is -15 degrees Fahrenheit

 SUMMER/SPRING CANCELLATIONS

• Heat index (temperature + humidity) becomes unsafe: 95 degrees or above
• Thunderstorm - lightning is present
• Tornadoes and/or high winds
• Other dangerous weather conditions, such as hail or poor visibility.

TO CANCEL OR NOT TO CANCEL

• Wondering if a group run will be cancelled or not? Check our Facebook or Instagram accounts one hour before the scheduled run if you're unsure of a run's status. You may also call the store at 847-252-9155 one hour before the scheduled run time.
